Is ad spend included in the monthly fee, or is that separate?
Ad spend is separate. The monthly fee covers everything we do — strategy, creative, campaign management, CRM, automation, and (on the Full System plan) your dedicated appointment setter. Ad spend goes directly to Meta and Google. You control the budget, and every dollar is visible in your dashboard.
Can I keep my current CRM or do I have to switch to GoHighLevel?
We build the system on GoHighLevel because it gives us the automation, pipeline tracking, and follow-up capabilities needed to run the full conversion engine. If you’re using another CRM like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental for practice management, that stays in place — GoHighLevel runs alongside it, handling the marketing and lead conversion side without disrupting your clinical workflows.
What if I only need one piece of the marketing system — like ads but not SEO?
PeakPractice is designed as an integrated system, and every component works together to drive the best results. That said, we understand that some clinics already have certain pieces covered — maybe you’ve got SEO handled in-house or content being produced by another team. During onboarding, we’ll assess what you already have in place and focus our efforts on the gaps that will have the biggest impact on your patient flow.
How much of my time does this require once it’s running?
Very little. After onboarding, the system runs on its own. You’ll have a monthly strategy review with your dedicated team and you can check your performance dashboard anytime. But the day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and appointment setting are handled entirely by us. Most clinic owners tell us it’s the first time they’ve had a growth system that doesn’t create more work for them.
Who owns the ad accounts, content, and patient data?
You do. Your ad accounts are set up under your business name. All creative assets, landing pages, and patient data belong to your clinic. If you ever part ways with us, everything transfers to you — no hostage situations, no locked accounts. We believe you should never be dependent on a vendor to access your own assets.
How do I know my ad spend isn’t being wasted?
Because you can see exactly where every dollar goes. Your performance dashboard tracks every inquiry, every lead, every booked appointment, and every dollar of revenue influenced — in real time. On top of that, your dedicated team walks you through the numbers in monthly strategy reviews. If something isn’t working, we adjust. There’s no guessing and no hiding behind vanity metrics.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 6 month commitment. The first phase is focused on testing — building your campaigns, dialing in the targeting, setting up automation, and establishing a baseline for what’s working. Once we have the data, we move into the scaling phase where we optimize and increase volume. Most clinics start seeing meaningful traction within the first 60–90 days, and by month 4–6 the system is running at full capacity. We structure it this way because real, sustainable growth takes time to build — and we want to set the right expectation upfront.
What happens to my system and data if I decide to cancel?
Everything stays yours. We hand over your ad accounts, creative assets, CRM data, landing pages, and any automations we’ve built. We’ll wrap up active campaigns, export your data, and make sure your team has everything they need to continue on their own or with another provider. Nothing gets deleted, nothing gets held back.
